It would be very involved. Installing the clutch itself and the transmission would be the hardest part, but would only be the beginning...

If you have a donor, the time and the energy, it's certainly possible.

Is it worth it? That's a personal question, since the end result may be difficult to sell due to the vin no longer matching what is actually in place.

It may ultimately be better to find a manual equipped car that you can swap the good parts off the auto car onto to.

Thanks for the info. I ask because I was once told it would be "relatively easy"... It sounds more involved a project someone of my mechanical skill level (low) should undertake on such an already nice vehicle.
That being said, if anyone ever hears of anyone LOOKING for an Automatic 924S in great shape please send them my way...
