Would my assumption be correct in my understanding of how this works:
Grounds and 12V are obvious. However, I could hook this up as a /stock/ unit in replacement of the stock ignition box (in other words, it replaces the stock ignition box).
All it needs is:
- VR trigger
- VR ground (both of these are from the distributor)
- Hook the + and - to the coil.
- Switched 12v is obviously to ignition ON
And... that's it? _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)

Got it hooked up, haven't tested it. Need to wire the megasquirt back up (running FUEL ONLY with it now). Stoked about it though. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)
