|
Hi Everyone,
I have searched the board for hours with no results. Does anyone have CAD files for:
crank pulley (w/serpentine would be great)
water pump pulley(w/serpentine would be great)
N/A intake manifold flange at the head
Thanks! _________________ '79 924 Supercharged / Track Prepared

| I doubt CAD files exist for those parts since they were designed so long ago. Why are you looking out of curiosity? |

Took me five seconds to get these, haha... helps when you know what your looking for... but seriously use google advanced search for the board...
now these are not dxf files, You could try Min for the source dxf or wait a while before I can get around to drawing one up for you...

as for the pulleys, unfortunately I lost all my last engines dwg files in the big crash of 13... had nearly the whole turbo engine in cad, including all the sc brackets and pulleys
anywho,
If you need something to get started with, a steel 130mm Suby ej20 crank pulley is adaptable, you need to though
a)use a 5mm or greater shim btw the timing gear and pulley
b)drill for the crank pulley bolts
c)work out if it suits your drive ratio
however it's steel so can have a toothed timing gear welded to it and you can always design some interchangeable overdrive pk sleeves that could be bolted on the front,
If you get stuck and I have the time I can draw up some files for you,
cheers
