hi,

i just thought that you might like to know i replaced the aged fan on my 1983 n/a.

i bought a new replacement, it was from a t25 transporter bus. brand new. i think it was 35quid. from vw heritage.

you have to solder on the electrical connector from the old fan, because the t25 was designed for spade connectors, but the actual fan itself is identical on my 924 as the t25.

and brand new it might last another 30 years!! it certainly wont be going wrong again this summer.
