I had cleaned all of my switches and everything was working great for a week. Now I have a new problem. The drivers side window opens and closes with no problem. The passenger window opens and closes as well but only with the passenger side window switch.
The issue is the drivers side passenger switch will not open the passenger window.
I verified that all three switch work fine by trying each one on the drivers side window.
Isn't the drivers side passenger switch wiring linked up to the passengers side switch wiring? How can one work without the other?
I have a 12v tester...what should I test first?
Thoughts? _________________ MOD

I fixed it. I had cleaned all three switches and did not put back one of them correctly. It must go back like this: with the contacts in the right direction.
The Curled under parts of the contact switch not only act as a spring, they are in constant contact with the negative, and transfer it to the Passenger window. Put them in backwards and you have the wrong current running to the window, and it won't work.
Use the number on top as a guide. Now all the switches work correctly and both windows operate as they should.
