I need some informations about this conversion, if I use 931 as donor car it's enough to buy disks and calipers?
Or it's necessary to replace even front and rear hub?

Yes, you'll need the hubs front and rear...

Yes and no. Yes, if you just buy the 944 parts, that's most of what you need.

The correct distinction is not 931 vs 924 vs 944 hub, but 4-lug vs. 5-lug hub. 931s came with both - M471 aka 5-lug was an option on both NA and Turbo 924.

Do read through the thread; as Rasta noted, it's not actually necessary to change the rear trailing arms, just to replace the drum backing plate (the stamped steel plate that the drum brake components mount onto) with the aluminum caliper mounting plate for the 5-lug setup (which both mounts the caliper to the trailing arm, and mounts the components for the drum parking brake).

Not swapping the trailing arm will save you a lot of work...

Of course, I could understand some reluctance to read the whole thing, every bloody word... given English as a second language...

Sometimes it's helpful to ask, if you think your question isn't answered, even if it is... may just not be easy to understand...

In Europe 931 and 944NA brakes are identical, so are the hubs and suspension...with one small difference...the 944 does not have that hole trough the spindle for the speedometer to work.

Why not buy a 931 or a 944..?
