Nice buy! Will it be used as a daily driver, week end car?
Went out for a spin in a 997 GTS with a friend, I hope the cayman is a little more engaging car Nice all round car, but my 931 were much more engaging .. But If I had to chose one as a daily the choice would be easy _________________ 1980 924 Turbo

That's the one, although it doesn't show the wheels I ordered.
I ordered it back in April. I went through Porsche Exchange in Chicago because they were able to pull some strings to get an extra allocation. All of the local allocations were already sold. I got the call last week that it arrived at the port in NJ, and should be available for pick up by 29 August. If all works out, I'll be driving it around the top end of Lake Michigan to my in-laws place up in Mackinaw City, so that'll give me 7 hours of driving (or less) to break it in Stoked! _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
