Hello All! I plan on having a professional make holes on my NA header panel to fit the turbo`s 4 plastic vents. I understand the factory doesnt produce them anymore. What do you think of the Automobile Atlanta repro vents? I`m more concerned about the quality actually. Thanks!

I'd buy an original set from someone scrapping out a 924 Turbo.

I've heard enough horror stories about that company that I'd be concerned.

Almost no one on this board deals with Automobile Atlanta. They have a very bad reputation on the board. I could drive there in a little over an hour and I won't deal with them based on what I've heard here.

I would keep searching for a used original panel, I'm sure you can find one on here or pelican forum

In last 3 years each time i ordered from auto Atlanta something wrong happened
one time they sent me 1 leaking heater core
last time they sent me wrong fuel cap, replacement was also wrong
I ended up figuring out they got listing wrong and that part is not suppose to fit on a 924

I have a 931 header panel you can buy. I'll even ship to Manila.

I think I have a spare set of vents. Let me look later tonight and see if they are still around.

Leigh, if you're willing to sell that header panel, I think I know a couple of people in the PNW who might be interested.

What issues have people had with them? I'm curious because I've bought a few things from them. They take forever to ship, but the parts I got where legit.

Looking over most of those complaints, it seems that the customer's where the problem. One guy got mad because he didn't verify his shipping address, another because he couldn't figure out how to install a hard rubber gasket. The only one I seen that might have an argument is the shipping of a transmission, but I got a feeling that he didn't understand shipping one of those isn't like mailing a sticker decal, you got to build a crate etc and most places don't build crates, box it up and leave it sitting around for it to ship. The transmission was prolly still in the car. I wouldn't say AA is the best company to work with, but they aren't the worst either. I'd give them an 7.5/10 stars, better then the pricks at Parts Heaven who sent me a dented distributor, and then gave me crap about returning it.

Hey. Did you actually go deeper than the links I posted? I suspect you didn't. Auto Atlanta has been problematic for DECADES. Go deeper and you'll begin to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.
