I found a leak coming from this hose. Can somebody tell me what this hose is for? If you look at the pic it is coming from where the yellow circle is. And where the yellow arrow is- that is not a nut, it is just a round connection. How do you fix this? There is nothing to tighten up?? Also the other end of the black hose is clamped to another hose. Shouldn't both ends of the hose have a clamp?

I think I found the answer. This is the power steering hose return line:
Can I just remove the rubber hose and put a new one there with a clamp?
