It's the visual inspection you'll fail. Not the AF ratio.

The MSDS header has the air tube connection, but an oxygen sensor bung needs to be added for cars with an oxygen sensor.

Finally, have it ceramic coated to cut down on heat in the engine bay, including the extension piece that connects it to the exhaust.

You'll find getting the header on difficult with the engine assembled anyway. I had to pry the engine away from the strut tower to slide the header up from the bottom after removing all of the passenger side accessories and crossmember. then getting to the hardware and getting it cinched to the head evenly was, um, difficult to say the least.

I'd say the header should be made with a slip joint near the same location as the stock manifold to make it all easier to install.

MSDS, but they are all fairly similar. I also melted two polyurethane passenger control arm bushings running without ceramic coating and a bit too lean (tuning megasquirt) and you can't run all of the factory heatshields so things can get warmer in the passenger footwell.

If I had it to do over again? I'd have not bothered, the stock exhaust manifold flows quite well, but mine cracked so it had to be replaced and I scored a deal on this header. Ceramic coat the stock manifold and the downpipe and ensure the rest of the exhaust flows well and you'll be streets ahead.

Speaking of engine, are these engines installed a little crooked or are my mounts messed up?

They are adjustable, so its possible they aren't lined up properly.

Loosen them up along with the transaxle mounts and try to shift things around until it lines up a bit better. Torque to spec, etc.

I thought mine was fine as well, it was just missing a couple of studs on cylinder number 1 when I got it. That is until I finally pulled it off:

So yeah, stuff happens. Its happened to at least one other person here, but if you ask around you can get a replacement from a parts car for cheap.

I am in the middle of an engine teardown and the broken exhaust manifold is exactly what I have as well. Cylinders 2 and 3 are broken out on the bottom. I guess I have to find a used stock manifold.
