Does any one know what the thread pitch is on the 931 injector, where it threads into the brass portion of the injector bung? The injectors themselves are ~9mm at the barrel, and the thread is very fine. I've never heard of an M9... _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

0.75 as far as I can tell (that is fine indeed on the injector)
I will clean the injector up a bit and look under a scope to confirm but I am sure already
I would say M10 x 0.75 which has the major dia at 9.978/0.392. I measure 0.389" _________________ 1980 931 since 1989

Looked like it too under the scope. 0.7 and 0.8 don't work and are not standard anyway. Standard 0.5, which is even finer, is super far off _________________ 1980 931 since 1989

Minor diamiter of m10x0.075 threaded hole is 9.378-max 9.188-min.
So if your measuring that hole somewhere between 9.188 and 9.378 then it is correct for a m10x0.075

I have the barrel measured at near 9.1 for my example. The minor would be larger than the 9.1 so its still more likely at 10 x 0.75
Threads play tricks with the mind
I only have 10 x 1.5 bolts here and a 10 x 1.0 tap. Each measure at the same dia as the injector for 10mm _________________ 1980 931 since 1989
