How do you know if your WUR is bad and needs to be torn down, cleaned and rebuilt? I have been working getting my 924 2.0liter NA running. Occasionally I get it started. Have back flushed injectors, cleaned tank, new fuel pump and filter and cleaned fuel distributor. this car sat for 15 yrs and was badly varnished. The WUR is on the back side of the intake manifold and is hard to get to without removing a lot of stuff. Do these things go bad often? Words of advice from experienced owners will be appreciated.
Ted

Testing procedure for the WUR is spelled out in detail in the repair manual.
